When did you realize that you needed an ERP for your Business?
Immediately, I needed a solution to help me track my billings for the law firm.

Why did you choose Fanaka Hybrid?
It is simple to understand and work on and there is good customer service from the technical team. The team also customised the platform to fit my needs as a business,

How was the process of getting started with Fanaka Hybrid?
It was very simple, the training that we received initially was in depth and they ensured that we understood how to use the system before they left. The set up of the platform was done promptly and we were able to access it within a week of making our first inquiry.

What is your favorite feature on Fanaka Hybrid?
The reports, as it shows me how my business is doing in real time, and if there is an area I need to work on, like debt collection or sales.

How does Fanaka Hybrid help you on a day-to-day basis?
It helps us in keep ing track of our expenses and billings.

What is your best Fanaka Hybrid moment?
My first invoice, because we begun with Fanaka from the beginning, it was exciting to see my invoice complete with my logo going out to a client. It gave us that professional feel that is important in business.
When would you recommend Fanaka Hybrid?
I would recommend it from the beginning especially for small businesses, when you start out you normally don’t have the capacity to hire an accountant and therefore you attempt to do all of the accounting for yourself which can be overwhelming, Fanaka took away most of that stress for me,.

How much savings have you gained from using Fanaka?
A lot! As my business has grown I do not need to hire a full time accountant to keep up with my books. Our auditors have told us that the system has made their work a lot easier for them.

How much time have you reduced in your processes from using Fanaka?
It is difficult to quantify the time saved because it is on a wide scale. From the daily updating of books that you have to do, to trying to do reports to have an overview of how your business is doing, I am now able to do all that within 30 mins of sitting at my desk.

How has Fanaka transformed your Fanaka Experiences?
I love the customer service and the fact that team is only a call away when you have a question, not that you would have many problems with the system.

How has Fanaka transformed your workforce?
Our administrative tasks are a lot easier to carry out.
